Anisa Palmer's standard professional rate is $120 per hour for consultations, advisory support, coaching, planning, meetings, preparation, review, and related professional services unless a different rate or fee is confirmed in writing.
By booking an appointment, consultation, or calendar meeting with Anisa Palmer or Palmer Firm Group, you acknowledge that professional time may be billable at the standard rate of $120 per hour. Scheduling time on the calendar does not mean every appointment will result in a charge, but it does confirm that you have been informed of the applicable rate.
Anisa Palmer has sole discretion to determine whether a booking, meeting, consultation, follow-up, preparation, review, communication, or related work is billable. She may waive, reduce, defer, or decline charges at her discretion. She may also require payment in advance, a deposit, a written agreement, or confirmation of scope before providing services.
Introductory conversations, discovery calls, or initial appointments may be offered without charge when Anisa chooses to do so, but free service is never guaranteed. Any complimentary time, reduced rate, courtesy consultation, or unpaid communication is provided only at Anisa's discretion and does not create an ongoing right to free services.
Billable time may include meeting time, consultation time, phone or video calls, research, preparation, document review, strategic guidance, follow-up, email communication, travel coordination, and other work requested by or provided for a client or prospective client. Fees for speaking engagements, workshops, consulting packages, retainers, travel, materials, or special projects may be quoted separately.
You are responsible for paying approved or incurred fees according to the payment instructions, invoice, proposal, agreement, or written communication provided by Anisa Palmer or Palmer Firm Group. Failure to pay may result in cancellation, suspension, or refusal of future appointments or services.
Booking an appointment, submitting a form, or communicating with Palmer Firm Group does not create a client, consulting, advisory, fiduciary, partnership, employment, or agency relationship. Any formal engagement, deliverable, or ongoing service must be accepted by Anisa and may require a separate written agreement.
Anisa Palmer may accept, decline, reschedule, cancel, or modify appointments and services at her discretion. Palmer Firm Group may update these Pricing Terms at any time, and continued booking or use of services means you accept the updated terms.
